Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We plan to offer international shipping later.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking details when it ships.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 6 to 8 business days after your order has been processed. We work with partner warehouses and ship from the closest location we can. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders of $45 or more
- $4.95 on orders under $45
Digital products
The Thumb Handbook (E-Book) is delivered by email right after your purchase. No shipping is charged for digital products.
Tracking
Every physical order ships with tracking. If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away; we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
