Shipping is free on orders of $45 or more. Orders under $45 ship for $4.95.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, and we plan to ship worldwide later.
Will I receive tracking information?

What is the Kindreva Thumb Stabilizer?
A soft, light slip-on support that sits around the base of your thumb and leaves the rest of your hand free for everyday jobs. No straps, no buckles.
What comes in one pack?
Two stabilizers: one for your left hand and one for your right.
Which sizes are available?
Small, Medium and Large. Measure around your palm, then use the size chart on the product page: Small 7–7.5 in, Medium 7.5–8.5 in, Large 8.5–9 in.
Which colors can I choose from?
Oat and Black.
How should the Thumb Stabilizer fit?
It should feel snug and supportive without being painfully tight or too restrictive. Take it off if you notice numbness or real discomfort.
Do I need to choose between a left and right hand version?
No. Every pack already includes one of each.
Can I wear both stabilizers at the same time?
Yes, if that feels comfortable for you.
What materials are used?
A blend of polyester, nylon and spandex, with a supportive foam insert.
Does it contain hard plastic or metal splints?
No. It uses foam for structure, which keeps it softer and more flexible.
Is the Thumb Stabilizer latex-free?
Yes.
How do I wash the Thumb Stabilizer?
Hand wash it with a mild detergent, then lay it flat in the shade to air dry.
Can I put the Thumb Stabilizer in the dryer?
We don't recommend it. Let it air dry in the shade instead.
Can I use the Thumb Stabilizer during everyday activities?
Yes. It's made for routine tasks like typing, using a mouse, driving, cooking, gardening and crafts.
Is the Thumb Stabilizer a medical treatment?
No. It's a wearable support product. It isn't a diagnosis, treatment or cure, and it doesn't replace professional medical care.

What is your return policy?
Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. You can ask for a return within 60 days of delivery, even if you've worn it, whether it didn't suit your routine, you changed your mind, it arrived damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong size.
- Contact us first so we can send you the return address.
- Include your order number. Original packaging is welcome but not required.
- For change-of-mind returns you pay the return shipping. If an item is faulty or wrong, we cover it.
- The Thumb Handbook e-book is digital, so it can't be returned once delivered.
