60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want the Kindreva Thumb Stabilizer to earn its place in your day. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, even if you have worn it.
How to start a return
- Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a size exchange.
- We reply within 24 hours (business days) with your return address and instructions.
- Pack the item, ideally in its original packaging, include your order number, and drop it off with any carrier.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't match unannounced parcels to an order.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt; your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
Original shipping charges are not refunded. If your order was a bundle with free gifts, you don't need to send the gifts back.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, faulty or wasn't what you ordered, we cover it.
Size exchanges
Size exchanges are free. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll arrange the swap.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please tell us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Digital products
The Thumb Handbook (E-Book) is a digital download. Because it can't be returned, it is non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is faulty and we can't fix it.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. After that, please follow the return steps above once it arrives.
